Thos place is awesome great with pets, and great with people. I take all my pets past ,present, and future to this vet. Trust me my pet list is very long in there records lol
We experienced poor service and outrageous pricing. No record of our appointment. We had issues which the technician couldn't address. We made an appointment with a vet. That non attention to detail will cost business. When I pay $300 I would expect to see a trained professional.
Dr. Ackler is the bomb.
I appreciate how helpful these folks were with my pet. What I didn't like was all of the surprise charges when I got my bill. I was quoted one price, and charged almost double.
DO NOT BOARD your animal here! We left our 9 month old puppy with them Friday morning and came back to find her not able to walk right because she had poop on her butt for at least a day and now it is raw and she still two days later has trouble going to the bathroom and sitting down on it! They apologized but pretty much denied responsibility and wouldn't even give us any kind of refund even though they said that it was unacceptable care. We even paid for her to have extra attention, not come back to us in bad condition! Will never even use them as a vet anymore for any of our three animals!
